The Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District currently operates eleven elementary schools, four middle schools, two high schools, and one special programs center. These eighteen schools are attended by approximately 13,800 students who live in Colleyville, Grapevine, Euless, and Hurst.
For the 2008-2009 school year, Grapevine-Colleyville ISD was rated recognized by the Texas Education Agency (TEA). Ten of its campuses received exemplary ratings, five received recognized ratings, two received academically acceptable ratings and one was not rated. The percentage of Grapevine-Colleyville ISD students passing the 2008-2009 Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills (TAKS) was significantly higher than for all Texas schools.
